Song requests, bumps and tips

Requests go in the order they come in, unless somebody bumps. A bump sends a song straight to the top of the line: the first bump costs $2 and the price doubles every time that song gets bumped again, until the band plays it. If we can't play something you paid for, we refund it.

Tips are gifts to the band and aren't refundable, but if something went wrong (double charge, wrong amount) tell us and we'll make it right.

Merch

If something arrives damaged or is the wrong size, contact us within 30 days and we'll swap it or refund it. Unshipped orders can be canceled for a full refund.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Privacy

We keep only what we need: the name and message you add to a request (shown on the screen at the show, if you choose to add one), your email if you join the show-alert list or place an order, and your shipping address for merch. We don't sell or share it. Ask us any time and we'll delete it.

The site sets a small cookie so your phone can see the status of your own song requests. That's the only tracking.
